Whether it’s on wheels or by foot, Winchester Bay is home to a range of hiking and biking trails that can accommodate adventurers of all abilities–including wheelchair accessible trails and viewpoints.
You can finish most of our trails in a few hours but, even on short endeavors, you should always be prepared. So here’s what you need to know…

Winter By Season
The Oregon Coast Trail to Sea Lion Cove is a great winter ride that runs through the Siuslaw National Forest, just about an hour outside Winchester Bay.
Best in Summer
It’s hard to find a Winchester Bay trail that isn’t great in the summer. But if you break a sweat on the Lake Marie Loop, you can take a quick dip before, during, or after your trek!
